He was predeceased by: his brother Alan Munro; and his brother-in-law Dennis Newby. He is survived by: his wife Wilma Munro; his sons, Ian Munro (late Jennifer) and Todd Munro (Melissa); his grandchildren, Warren, Leah and Darian Munro; his siblings, Adel (Ivan Schmidt), Bill Munro (Gen) and Wayne Munro (Sandra); and his siblings-in-law, Lois Munro, Wayne McLean (Carol), Norma (Allan Newman), Donna McLean, Lynne Newby (Tom Newman) and Robert McLean (Donna). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, extended family, and his many friends.

A graveside service will be held at the Hanover Cemetery on Tuesday, July 28th at 11 a. m. Due to Covid-19 protocols, social distancing must be respected on the cemetery property and a limited number of people will be able to attend the service.

Donations: As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
