She was predeceased by: her parents, Sydney Hazell and Margaret Hazell; her son-in-law Wayne Petty; and her grandchildren, Natalie, Jason and Richard.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas Kennedy; her children, Darlene (Brian), Tim, Julie (Steve), Stephanie (Paul), Penny and Steven (Michelle); her grandchildren, Jeffery (Tammy), Tom (Lauren), Chris (Brittany), Anna (Cole), Katrina, Rob (Nicole), Amanada (Chris), Josh (Michelle), Justin (Courtney), Alex (Natalie), Alicia (Todd), Natasha, Katelyn, Brooklyn, Tyler and Amelia; and her brother Harold Hazell (Carol). She is also survived by 29 great-grandchildren.
