It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Josef Fleischmann of Durham, Ontario, who passed away on February 22, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Josef Fleischmann to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stefan Fleischmann and Maria Fleischmann; his brother Hans Fleischmann (Elizabeth); and his parents-in-law, Dels Hanslip (Joyce), Vina Sweeney (Michael), John Hanslip and Iris Thomas (Harold).
He is survived by: his wife Veronica Fleischmann; his daughters, Debbie Tanner (Steven) of Hanover and Susan Mullin (Jim) of Feversham; and his grandchildren, Marilyn and Joel Mullin. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
Since John loved his team of horses growing up and was a lover of all creatures big and small, donations to Grey Bruce Animal Shelter would be appreciated by the family.
