He was predeceased by: his son David Mighton; his siblings, Dan Mighton, Bernice (Jim Flewelling) and Lorna (George Barnum); and his brothers-in-law, Lewie Patterson and Norm McIntosh.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen; his sons, Paul Mighton (Kerri) and Steve Mighton (Kathy); his grandchildren, Brittney, Hunter and Montana; his brother Wayne Mighton (Linda); and his siblings-in-law, Judy Mighton, Alex, Chris Patterson, Margaret, Mike MacMillan, Janette McIntosh and Kit Patterson.
A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Durham Legion (271 Bruce St N, Durham, ON N0G1R0).
