She was predeceased by: her husband Orville Mead; her parents, Walter Schafer and Catherine Schafer; her siblings, Dave and Catherine; and her stepdaughter Krista Mead.
She is survived by: her siblings, Liz (Jerry Kueneman) of Hanover, John Schafer (Ev) of Hanover, Larry Schafer (Dianne) of Hanover, Gerry Schafer of Toronto, Carl Schafer (Lucretia) of Durham and Michael Schafer (Diane) of Ithaca; her sister-in-law Linda Schafer; her stepchildren, Paul, Shelley Mead, Laurie Garland and Erin Emm; and her friends, Ruth and Earl Reist. She is also survived by Aunt Dorothy to her many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Due to Covid-19 protocols masks are required and social distancing must be respected on Funeral Home property.
