He was predeceased by: his brother Tom Welsh (late Audrey). He is survived by: his wife Anne; his children, Stephen Welsh, Philip Welsh (Janeen), Neil Saunders (Heather) and Elaine (Steve Latham); his grandchildren, Meagan (Adriano Zappia), Eric Latham (Sara) and Ryan Latham; and his brother Fred Welsh (Barbara).
