He is survived by: his sisters, Sheila O'Reilly, Nancy O'Reilly and Kelly O'Reilly; and his children, Teresa Donavan (Dave McCombs), Al Mitchell (Lisa), Jason Mitchell (Andrea) and Billy Mitchell (Cecily). He is also survived by his great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

In keeping with Bill's wishes and Covid-19 Protocols private cremation has taken place.
