He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Murray, Marion Moodie, Nick and Mary Rykhoff; his uncle Carmen Gicante; and his aunt Renee Rykhoff.

He is survived by: his wife Joanna (Brzozowska); his children, Maddi and Kylie; his parents, Fred Moodie and Ellen Moodie; his sister Jessica (Poland); his brother-in-law Scott; his nephews, Rhys, Lucas and Drew; his parents-in-law, Jerry Brzozowski (Margaret) and Beata Brzozowska; and his extended family, Larry, Debra Moodie, Chum, Judy Phillips, Corrie Gicante, Nick Rykhoff (Margie), John, Cathy Reid, Ray, Marian Tenant and Marty Rykhoff (Heather).

Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dunnville Lifespan Centre (275 Ramsey Dr, Dunnville, ON N1A1K1).
