She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Petricevic; her son Craig Petricevic; and her parents, Lorne Fortman and Mary Fortman. She is survived by: her daughters, Susanne Craig and Marianne Petricevic; her grandchildren, Kyle Lusk, Taylor Lusk, Kayla Craig and Madison Sensabaugh; her siblings, Earl Fortman, Kenneth Fortman, Doreen and Mary; and her friends, Dave Whitehead and Patricia Fairman. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Dunnville Hospital & Healthcare Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
