She was predeceased by: her husband Reunited; her parents, Sanford Steen and Marjorie Steen; her brother Floyd Steen; and her siblings-in-law, Randi Steen and Bruce Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Derek Kozar (Sue Charette) and Deidre Neuman (Perry); her grandchildren, Rees, Sammy Kozar, Kira and Maddie Neuman; her sister Joyce Smith; and her siblings-in-law, Anne Kozar, June Slessor (Floyd Steen) and Bill Kozar. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, for those that desire, donations in Mildred's memory may be made to South Cayuga Community Church or the Canadian Cancer Society.
