She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Smyth and Annie Smyth; her husband Gordon McCollum; her children, Dianne, James and Donald; and her siblings, Walter, Donald, Franklin and Ellen.

She is survived by: her son David Sr.; and her grandchildren, David Jr. (Lila), Dennis, Julie (Kevin), Teresa (Cliff), Kimberly (Steve), Glorianne (Sriram), Timothy (Peggy), Evan (Emma) and Jordan (Rhance). She is also survived by beautiful great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
