She was predeceased by: her husband John Venuk; and her sister Donna Hodgson. She is survived by: her sons, John Kummer (Barb), Jeff Kummer (Dawn) and Jason Kummer (April); her grandchildren, Ashley Ross (Ray), Jeffrey Kummer, Courtney Conaway (Chad), Brittany Kummer, Jessica Kummer and Jordan Kummer; her great grandchildren, Natalie and Jeremy Ross; her stepgreat-grandsons, Jacob and Jackson Conaway; her stepchildren, John Venuk Jr., Sherri Arndt, Debbie Hilton, Nancy Venuk and Ed Venuk (Sarah); her stepgrandchildren, Vega Venuk, Mack Hilton, Keenan Venuk, Sommer Etherden, Corrie-Ann and Orion Venuk; and her siblings, Ginny Wade (late Noel Wade) and David Stewart (Joy). She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
