It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Jerry Dixon Hayes (Dunnville, Ontario), who passed away, on May 11, 2018. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hayes and Lois Hayes. He is survived by: his spouse Denise Parker Hayes; his parent-in-law Joyce Parker; his children, Katie (Cory), Miriah (Justin) and Best; his grandchildren, Madilyn, Rayah and Jaxxtin; his brother-in-law Allan Parker (Paula); his nieces and nephews, Hailey Parker (Matt), Alia Parker (Son Cameron) and Brad Parker; and also, Al Parker and Jerrod. He is also survived by Friends and Coworkers.

A celebration of life will be held for Jerry on May 27th, 2018 at the Royal Canadian Legion Dunnville, Ontario from 1pm-3pm and if so desired, in Memory of Jerry, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation (heartandstroke.ca) or Dunnville Hospital & Healthcare Foundation (dhhf.ca).
