He was loved and cherished by many people including: his significant other Jen (Vickers) Tunks (Jeremy); his daughter Ella; his parents, Mary Grant (Hammond) and Rick Grant; his sister Heather (Owen); and his aunts and uncles, Larry Hammond (Linda), Joan Atkinson (late Ron), Stanley Hammond (Jenny), Ralph Hammond (Deidre), Irene Lockhart (late Rod), David Hammond (Belinda), Jim Hammond, Bill Millar (Marlene) and Dale Ellerby (Jim). He was also cherished by his many cousins, friends.

In lieu of flowers, a trust has been set up in Jeff's daughter Ella's name, and the family would be appreciative of donations made via cheque (payable to "Ella Grant, in trust") or cash at the funeral home, or through the Dunnville Pen Financial Credit Union.
