He is survived by: his wife Alice; his children, Cheryl Arrendell (Jerry), Nancy Knopp (Paul), Kevin (Shannon), Andrew (Brittany) and Rachel Struyk (Kyle); and his siblings, Minnie Grootenboer (Herb), Fritz (Alice), John (Arlene), Hans (Diane), Jerry (Nancy), Ben (Ruth), Jeannette Tempelman and Melinda Haveman (Dave).
