He was predeceased by: his girlfriend Linda Biggley of Dunnville. He is survived by: his parents, Marie Powell and Vic Powell; his daughters, Lacy Powell and Leiah Powell (Will); his stepchildren, Nicole Bannister (Mike), Celine Biggley and Brandon Biggley (Sadie); his siblings, Brian Powell (Sue) and Vicki Powell; and his friend Alf. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandchildren.
