He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark and Edna; and his siblings, Carl, Beverly and Marlene.

He is survived by: his children, Todd (Deborah), Barbara Saunders (late Trent) and Brenda Lacroix (Robert); his grandsons, Brayden (Marisa), Bradley, Ted and Tom; his great grandchild Amelia; his sister Lynn Deavu; and his siblings-in-law, Isabel Harrington, Karen Mans and Tom Rinker (Marianne). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews.
