She was predeceased by: her spouse Raymond Emmerson Wardell; and her siblings, Elmer, Grace, Donald, Olive, Harry, Doreen, Kenneth and Kathleen.

She is survived by: her children, June Kavanagh (Glen) of St. Catharines and Rose Merritt (Fred) of Smithville; her grandchildren, Roswitha, Julie, Emily, Jennifer and Stephanie; and her siblings, Charles, Joyce, Joan and Noreen.
