It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Wingfield (Dunnville, Ontario), who passed away on May 31, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elizabeth Wingfield to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Donald James Wingfield; and her brother Lloyd Weidrick. She is survived by: her children, Debra Walker (Paul) of Kelowna, BC, John Wingfield (Nicky) of Dunnville, ON and James Wingfield (Kim) of Burlington, ON; her grandchildren, Christy Hahn (Aaron), Brandon Walker (Stephanie) of Kelowna, BC, Sarah Sherk (Derek) of Port Colborne, ON, Donald Wingfield (Vicki) of St. Anne's, ON, Amy Wong (Gordon) of Kelowna, BC, Brett Wingfield (Meghan) of Smithville, ON, Grant, Samantha and Rebecca Wingfield of Burlington, ON; her great grandchildren, Scarlet, Farrah Hahn, Caleb, Benjamin Sherk, Thea, Carter, Jackson Wingfield, Finlay and Everly Walker; her sibling Beverley Roth; her sibling-in-law Blossom Armour; and her niece Brenda Towle.
Friends are invited to call at BALLARD MINOR FUNERAL HOME, 315 Broad Street East, Dunnville on Wednesday, June 9, 2021 from 2-4 & 6-8 pm. (Due to COVID restrictions, those wishing to attend must RSVP through the funeral home website.) A private graveside service will be held at Riverside Cemetery, Dunnville at a later date.
If desired, donations to donations in memory of Elizabeth may be made to Teen Ranch, Welland Canal Mission, Youth Unlimited or Dunnville Hospital and Healthcare Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
