She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Steel and Patricia Steel. She is survived by: her husband James Rafferty; her children, James Rafferty (Tavia), Ashley Rafferty (Jimmie) and Rebecca Rose (Wesley); her grandchildren, James, Caitlyn, Lucas, Rodney, Bryson and Charlotte; her sister Michelle Lee; and her siblings-in-law, Diane Titus (Craig), Tammy Shafto (Steve), James and Wendie Rafferty. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
