He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Thompson and Alma Thompson (Bancroft) of Hybla; his parents-in-law, Floyd and Audrey Dennis of Selkirk; and his siblings, Marlene O'Marra and Joey Thompson (Madeline).
He is survived by: his wife Lorraine; his children, Devin (Carrie), Jennifer Griffin (Alex) and Stefanie Reaman (James); his grandchildren, Brody (Haylee), Dawson Sienna (Madryn), Joshua (Chantel), Brennen Heather (Dylan) and Shanelle; his great grandchildren, Sadie, Lilah and Della; his sister Sharon; and his siblings-in-law, William Morrison, Randy Dennis, Brian Dennis (Debbie), Sandra (Greg Garmon), Marsha (Roger Nagel) and Cecil O'Mara.
In memory of Doug, donations to Canadian Cancer Society, Heart & Stroke of Canadian or Kidney Foundation of Canada would be appreciated by the family.
