He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Houser and Bernice Audrey Houser; his father-in-law Lloyd Hare; and his brother-in-law Murray Hare. He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Julie Houser (Russ Perry) and Steven Houser (Amanda); his grandchildren, Brody and Addison; his siblings, Carolyn Houser, John (Jeanette) and Glen (Andrea); his mother-in-law Helen Hare; and his aunts, Hilda Caughell and Thelma Sutor.
