He took the time to contact me directly and to keep me in the Haldimand area close to my family and connections. He made me feel confident in my career choice and reassured me that the surplus designation did not reflect on my teaching ability. Dan's wealth of Special Education knowledge provided colleagues and staff with opportunities to enhance our programming. I remember Marg making chocolate chips cookies to share with our students.
