He was predeceased by: his siblings, Lloyd, Walter (late Frieda), Earl (late Marie) and Ruby MacDonald (late Clark); and his brother-in-law Jack Coverdale (late Marie).
He is survived by: his spouse Pat; his children, Greg Hedley (Pam), Brent Hedley (Linda) and Susan Domenici (Anthony); his grandchildren, Ryan (Rachael), Kevin, Blain, Justin (Tori) and Liam; his great grandchildren, Kohl, Sophie, Rowan, Calem, Teagan and Logan; and his sister-in-law Barb Belzner (late Ted).
In lieu of flowers, donations to Edgewater Gardens Recreation Department or Grace United Church would be appreciated by the family.
