She was predeceased by: her daughter Courtney; and her parents, Bruce Clayton and Margaret Clayton. She is survived by: her husband John; her daughter Nicole; her grandchildren, Ryleigh and Winter; her brother Timothy (Becky); and her brother-in-law Bill Moyer (Margaret). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
