It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Andy Van Yken (Dunnville, Ontario), who passed away on August 25, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Tina; his children, Ron Van Yken (Rachel), Julie Hoeksema (Ken), Hank Van Yken, Gerald Van Yken (Anne), Wendy Hines (Todd) and Susan Watson (Mike); his grandchildren, Lisa Hobe, James Hobe (Lucy), Christina Van Yken, Jeremy Van Yken (Beth), Timothy Van Yken (Tammy), David Hoeksema (Rhonda), Kristopher Hoeksema (Kathleen), Amanda Van Dyke (Alex), Tyler Hoeksema (Roasanne), Andrea Chizem (Brent), Sarah Martin (Kyle), Melissa Van Yken, Andrew Watson (Angela), Jennifer Watson (Tyler), Kenneth Watson (Helena) and Julie Watson; and his siblings, Gijs Van Yken (Riek), Cor Van Yken (Jane), Bill Van Yken (Jannie), Henk Van Yken (Ineke), Betsy Van Yken and Jannie Van Yken. He was also cherished by 32 great grandchildren.

Our father was a God-fearing, loving man known for his selfless donations of his craftsmanship to his family and church.
