He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorne Augustine and Erma Augustine; his parents-in-law, Martin and Maria Hoelzli; his brothers-in-law, Walter Hoelzli (Irmgard) and Martin Hoelzli; his uncle Ellis Augustine; and his cousin Charlie Misener.
He is survived by: his wife Monika; his children, Mark and Rebekka; his brother Frank Augustine; his sister-in-law Theresa Neheli (Karl); his niece Stefanie; his nephews, David, Paul (Kim) and Michael Hoelzli (Janet); his cousins, Jan, Ian Cowie, Joanne Misener, Debbie, George Lloyd, Douglas Misener (family: Jackie), Sharon, Max Nichols, Bill Shales, Allen, Calvin Biddle and Robin Augustine (Esther); and also Jennifer Jenkins (Todd).
