We are sad to announce that on August 11, 2021, at the age of 69, Lois Psutka of Dungannon, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Wilfred and Mary Nowack; her parents, Roy MacTavish and Dorothy MacTavish; and her siblings, Gloria MacTavish and Bill MacTavish.

She is survived by: her husband Joseph Psutka; her children, Veronica Psutka, Donna Psutka and Chad Psutka; and her siblings, Donald MacTavish and Garnet MacTavish. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.

As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to Alexandra Marie and General Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
