He was predeceased by: his close friend Penny; and his grandparents, Delbert, Mary Ann Shewfelt, George and Mildred Snyder.
He is survived by: his parents, Rollo and Marilyn of Dundas; his sister Lori; his grandchildren, Melissa, T. J., Shannon, Breanna and James; and his aunts and uncles, Delbert Shewfelt (Marilyn), William "Bill" Shewfelt (Yvonne), Ina McCurdy (Colin) and Rosemary Stinger of Florida.
