She is survived by: her child Tjitske Jacoba Verduyn (Jessie); and her grandchildren, Lawrence, Shondra, Laura, Darryl, Lloyd (Tami), Zak, Dorothy (Ron), John, Stephanie, Janica, Robert (Hettie), Trevor, Chris, Simon (Elsie), Jonathan, Dulcie and Shane.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Cystic Fibrosis Canada would be appreciated by the family.
