He was predeceased by: his brother Andy; and his brothers-in-law, George Mitsui, Chuck Lee and Larry Brownlee. He is survived by: his wife Jane (Lailey); his sons, Matthew (Stacey) and Luke (Hilary); and his siblings, Nancy Mitsui, Ann Makino (Paul), Pat Sakura (Gene), Rose Lee, Terri Brownlee and Michael Kawamura. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated to St. Peter's Hospital Foundation.
