He is survived by: his significant other Kathy Freeborn; his children, Michael, Matthew (Halston) and Natalee (Phil); his grandchildren, Zachary, Quinn and Clara; his brothers, Malcolm and Gary (Kathy); his mother-in-law Doreen; and his siblings-in-law, Diane (James) and John (Leni). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
