She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Werezak and Anne Werezak; and her brother Michael Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Todd and Robin; her grandchildren, Sylas and Kiera; her great grandchild Even; and her brothers, Dr. Ken Adams (Goldie) and Rick Werezak (Diana). She is also survived by her family and friends.
