He was predeceased by: his brother Mark; and his mother Doris Edgett (Kays). He is survived by: his wife Ruth (Beairsto); his brother David; and his aunts, Florence Keller (Kays), Eleanor Jay (Kays) and Marina Kays. He is also survived by his family, friends and colleagues.
