He is survived by: his significant other Karlee; the father of his child Joshua (Sarah DiCresce); his daughter Beth Dockstator; his grandchildren, Grace and Barrett Dockstator; his siblings, Caroll Hill and Mark Dockstator (Jennifer); and his nieces and nephews, Brandon, Ash Hill, Jacob and Michael Dockstator.
