He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Mepham and Winnifred Mepham. He is survived by: his wife Christiane Lapointe; his children, Chantal Mepham (Andrew Fleming) and Juliane Mepham (Robert Quilty); and his siblings, Judy and Greg. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, and his loving extended family.
