He was predeceased by: his wife Erika. He is survived by: his daughters, Karin Luke (Brian Festing) and Karola Carey; his grandchildren, Steven Luke (Delaine), Aaron Carey (Aline) and Kristen Moulden (Shawn); and his great grandchildren, Gavin Luke and Charlee Moulden.
