She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Bucko and Stephanie Bucko; and her granddaughter Sarmie Jurcich. She is survived by: her spouse Thomas; her children, Kathy Fleck (Kelly), Carol Jurcich (Alex), Liana London (Wally) and Fabian Peretin Jr.; her daughter-in-law Sandra Carranza; her daughter Holly; her grandchildren, Natalie (Jeremy), George (Mallory), Joshua, Candy-Anne, Amber-Lynne (Johmar), Michael, Wally Jr. (Calla), David (Vanessa), Nick (Samantha), Katrina (Tyler), Kaitlyn, Jayden and Samantha (Donny); her great grandchildren, Braxton, Khloe, Kanan, Hunter, Rowan, Lucas, Mackenzie, Makayla, Ilijah, Willow, Mija, Easton, Melody, Devin, Dax, Dayne and Lincoln-John; and her caregivers, Salah, Geza, Respiratory, Tracey, Tigist and Hospital Kitchener. She is also survived by friends, neighbours and relatives.
