She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Murray C. McDiarmid and Ruth McDiarmid; her husband Peter; her children, Barb (Reg), Sarah (late Gord), George, Delia and John (Kelly); and her brothers, Murray (Janice) and David McDiarmid. She was also cherished by 15 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
