It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lewis Edward Watson of Dundas, Ontario, who passed away on May 8, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Lynn Watson (Meilko); his children, Mark, Thomas and Leanne (Adam); his grandchildren, Hudson and Hayden; his parents, John Watson and Ruth Watson; his brother Phil Watson; his sister-in-law Diana; his nephews, John and James; his niece Jasmine; and his sisters-in-law, Judy (Jim Gallagher) and Karen Meilko. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, great-nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family would welcome donations to the Hamilton Air Force Club at 128 King Street East, Dundas ON L9H 1N5.

“Very very sad to hear of Eddie’s passing. Far too young. Eddie was a star player on the basketball ream at Dundas District H.S. which I had the pleasure of coaching. He and his mates led the team to win the southern Ontario championship in 1982. Eddie was an absolute pleasure to be around, truly a “great kid”. My deepest condolences to his family. I know my own sense of loss and can only try to feel theirs. Eddie, # 35, you were a star. RIP lad.”
