She was predeceased by: her husband George Alexander (Alex); and her parents, Percy Moses Burnett and Jessie Francis Wyman. She is survived by: her son Jim Norek (Linda); her grandchildren, Craig Norek (Dharsy Sriranjan) and Amanda Norek (Shigeo Katsura-Gordon); and her sister-in-law Anne MacLennan of Nova Scotia.
