He was predeceased by: his sibling Gregor Wurfbaum. He is survived by: his wife Christa Wurfbaum; his children, Doris Wurfbaum, Christian Wurfbaum and Tina-Marie Abels (Mike Abels); and his grandchildren, Samara Wurfbaum, Jediah Wurfbaum, Benjamin Abels and Nicholas Abels.
