He was predeceased by: his father Cornelius Enright; his stepparent Thomas Smith; his siblings, Elaine and Kevin; and his nieces and nephews, Matthew, Sophie, Luke, Isabel, Noelle and Holden.
He is survived by: his mother Janine Smith; his siblings, Mark (Cristina), Peter (Sandra) and Jennifer (Jeff); his former wife Freya Nielsen; and his son Daniel Philip Enright.
A burial will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mount Hope Cemetery (305 Erskine Ave, Toronto, ON M4P1Z7). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, May 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Circle of Life Cremation and Burial Centre Inc. (100 King St E, Dundas, ON L9H1C4).
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to Margaret's Place Hospice, 170 Ogilvie Street, Dundas, ON L9H 0C6, whose compassionate care helped guide John's final days.
