He was predeceased by: his siblings, Wynand and Trudy. He is survived by: his daughters, Dianna (Joseph) and Lora (Barry); his grandchildren, Blair, Rebecca, Hillary, Giuseppe, Rance, Vanita, Scott and Emily; and his great grandchild Crew (Johan).
As Johan was never a gardener, no flowers please. If you are so inclined, please donate to the Warplane Heritage Museum to keep that Lancaster flying.
