She was loved and cherished by many people including: her sister Pam Pilgrim (Melbourne); her niece Julie; her sister-in-law Dorothea Grayland (Albury); her cousin Pat Scott (Robyn Hyde); her friends, Berthe, Axel, Pierre-Bernard Axelsen (Montréal), Marion, Micheal, Joan Daigle (Pincourt), Patricia Graham (Ottawa), John Graham (Hawkesbury) and Cara Larose (LaSalle); her mother Ada; and her close friends, Manon Brosseau (Montréal), Melanie Skene (Dundas) and Ila.
She volunteered for a number of community groups over the years, donated regularly to women's and homeless shelters, and was always ready to help friends, family and neighbours in times of need.
