He was predeceased by: his stepchildren, David Willis (Diane) and Marilyn Gater; and his siblings, Hilda Robinson and John Gallifent. He is survived by: his wife Arlene (Willis); his daughters, Ruth Giles (Ian) and Joan Richardson; his grandchildren, Kim (Duane), Brad (Terri), Todd (Becky), Geoff, Rob (Dawn), Kelly (Brent), Amanda, Amie and Jocelyn (Cam); and his brother-in-law George Bowman (late Joan). He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
Due to the current pandemic, private family services will take place.
