He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his children, Stephen (Miranda), Andrew (Jeannette) and Susan Tanabe (Richard); his grandchildren, Colin, Patrick, Aidan, Ronan, Eric, Rachel, Gillian, Angela and Claudia; his brothers, George (Sandra) and Raymond (Sandy); his sister-in-law Gertrude Collis; and his close friends, Ken and Beverly Cooper.
