He was predeceased by: his significant other Carol Cook (Sales). He is survived by: his daughter Deb Tallevi (Jason); his stepsons, Jim Cook (Carol) and Cam Cook (Linda); his grandchildren, Emma, Abby, Ben, Spencer, Damien and Gabriel; and his brothers, Murray Jamieson (JoAnne) and Dean Jamieson (Sandy).
