He was predeceased by: his parents, Maude and Joe; his son Rick; and his brother Roy. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn; his children, Gary (Carol), Arlene (Len), Alan and Alison; and his grandchildren, Nancy (J. P.), Alan (Angela), Mark (Amy), Elaine (Shane), Kyle (Lauren) and Karen (Steven).

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Kidney Foundation in Fred's name would be appreciated.
