We are sad to announce that on January 17, 2021, at the age of 78, Frederick James MacDougall (Dundas, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his nephew Peter; and his parents, Dorothy MacDougall and Frederick J. MacDougall. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughters, Tammy, Becky (Rene) and Amanda (James); his grandchildren, Jolie, Amie, Ben and Oliver James Frederick; his siblings, Barb Cook (Don), Vic (Judy) and Greg (Linda); his brother-in-law Howie Keown (Pam); and his nieces and nephews, Katie, Jack, Stephen, Jenna, Chrissy and Sandra.

Due to covid restrictions, no visitation or funeral will be held at this time. Please remember Fred privately and safely.
